Mr. Nishant Kanodia​

Non-Executive Chairman

Nishant is a member on the Board of Directors. Before Datamatics, he was with Bearing Point, USA where he provided strategy consulting to large financial institutions.

Nishant has done his MBA in Finance with a double major in  Business Strategy from the renowned Wharton Business School, USA. He has also been awarded the Golden Alumni Award from H.R. College, India from where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.

Nishant is a member of the Mumbai Chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) and Young President Organization (YPO), and is on the board of various companies – thus bringing with him tremendous experience in a wide spectrum of management skills, including planning, organizing, actuating and controlling.

Mr. Siddharth Kanodia

Executive Director

Siddharth has completed his MBA from the University of Queensland, Australia. He has over 15 years of Marketing and Banking experience in India, Australia and Singapore. Before joining Datamatics, Siddharth was with Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore in their Corporate Advisory Division.

Siddharth has played a crucial role in defining the Company’s strategic vision, whilst facilitating the Company’s entry into new markets/new verticals and devising global growth strategy including Mergers & Acquisitions.

Mr. Firdosh M Debara

Non-Executive, Independent Director

Mr Debara is a Chartered Accountant with over 50 years of post-qualification experience. He has been in Practice as a Chartered Accountant as also served in Industry. His exposure covers Finance & Accounts, taxation, legal, secretarial, HR across various sectors of the manufacturing and service industries, and has held top management positions as CFO and Director-Finance in leading companies. During his years in Practice, Mr Debara has managed statutory and internal audits, company law, and income tax for banks, hotels, shipping, IT sector, and others businesses. He has during his career been on Board of various companies.

CS Mr. Ratish Tagde

CS Mr. Ratish Tagde

Non-Executive Independent Director

Mr. Ratish Tagde is a Law Graduate and a Company Secretary by Profession with over 35 years of corporate experience. He has exposure to Corporate Legal Compliances under SEBI, RBI, Stock Exchange Listing Regulations, Companies Act, and also Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) in India. As a practicing Company Secretary and a merchant banking professional, he has advised many Companies on fundraising strategies through capital markets, financial restructuring, and growth strategies.

CS Mr. Tagde is a registered Independent Director and is on the Board of various Companies.

Ms. Loly Vadassery​

Chief Human Resources Officer

Loly’s experience of over 2 decades in HR spans across Strategic HR, Culture Transformation, Organization Development, Organization Design and Leadership Development. As a strategic business partner, coupled with business understanding, people skills and strategic thinking, she is the Coach to the Leadership team. She has been with Datamatics for over 12 years (across two stints).

Prior to Datamatics, she held Leadership roles at major enterprises like Core Education & Technologies Ltd., Cirrus Technologies and Geodesic in the IT/Education space.

Loly holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis (Pune), M.Sc. in Psychotherapy & Counselling from the Institute of Psychotherapy & Management Sciences (Mumbai). She also holds a Results Coach Certification (ICF accreditation) from the Neuroleadership Institute.  She was awarded as a Finalist in the LinkedIn Conscious Business Leadership Awards in May 2016 and also featured as a Thought Leader in the LinkedIn Annual Coffee Table book in January 2017.

His expertise spans client accounting and advisory services (CAS / CAAS), emerging accounting technologies, and CPA firm success. He’s an accomplished author of 3 books widely embraced by accountants across 15 countries and five continents. With a robust career spanning 25 years in accountancy-specific SaaS, global outsourcing, and executive leadership roles, Hitendra brings a wealth of experience. Hitendra has a M.Sc. degree from the University of Mumbai and MBA in Financial Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.

Mr. Raajiv K Sachdeva

Chief Operating Officer

Raajiv manages worldwide operations for all key service lines including Customer Acquisition & Retention Solutions, B2B Data Solutions, Business Research & Analysis, Corporate Finance & Accounting, Book Keeping & Taxation and Customer Experience Management.

He has over 20 years of industry knowledge in end-to-end Business Process Operations and consultative selling across the US, UK, Philippines and India.  He has played a pivotal role in offshore delivery of multiple business units for large accounts, which has resulted in significant growth, revenue and market share. Raajiv has held leadership positions at Sitel, Affinity Express and Genpact.

Raajiv is a Commerce graduate from Kolkata University and has done an Organizational Leadership Management program from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Ashish Gupta

Sr. Vice President F&A Operations (BU)

Ashish heads the CPA offshore operations business unit. He has over 29 years of experience in managing various verticals under CPA outsourcing including, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury and Cash Management, Report Closing, Automation and Controls, Fixed Assets and Project Accounting. He is a seasoned Operations, Solutions & Transition leader with a proven track record to lead, motivate and manage large teams.

His last stint was with Ocwen Financial, prior to which he has worked with large organizations like Genpact, IGate, Oracle and American Express.

Ashish holds a Post-Graduation Diploma in Financial Management and is a MBA with specialization in Finance from IGNOU University.

Dinesh Rao

Sr. Vice President, Corporate F&A Services

Dinesh Rao is a seasoned finance professional with a remarkable career spanning over 27 years. His expertise is deeply rooted in the Information Technology (IT & ITES), Telecommunication, and FMCG sectors. He oversees strategic sales opportunities, project and product business cases, M&A opportunities, and due diligence exercises. His financial acumen extends to areas such as financial analysis, business plan evaluation, cash flow management, budgeting, and taxation (domestic and international). As the Senior Vice President for Corporate F&A Services at Datamatics, he spearheads the Finance, Accounts, Legal, and Procurement teams.
